目的:筛选五加生化缓释片的最佳制备工艺,并进行体外释放度研究。方法采用正交试验法筛选处方;以羟丙甲基纤维素(HPMC)为骨架材料,制备五加生化缓释片,并对优化的试验结果进行体外释放效果考察。结果最优处方为HPMC K100M为骨架材料,70%乙醇为黏合剂,MCC为填充剂用量40 mg,淀粉为填充剂用量50 mg,采用最佳工艺制备的五加生化缓释片体外释放性能较好,HPMC的规格对药物的释放影响最大。结论本法制备的缓释片比普通片具有明显的缓释作用。该制备工艺简单易行,生产成本低,片剂外观及可压性良好。

목적:사선오가생화완석편적최가제비공예,병진행체외석방도연구。방법채용정교시험법사선처방;이간병갑기섬유소(HPMC)위골가재료,제비오가생화완석편,병대우화적시험결과진행체외석방효과고찰。결과최우처방위HPMC K100M위골가재료,70%을순위점합제,MCC위전충제용량40 mg,정분위전충제용량50 mg,채용최가공예제비적오가생화완석편체외석방성능교호,HPMC적규격대약물적석방영향최대。결론본법제비적완석편비보통편구유명현적완석작용。해제비공예간단역행,생산성본저,편제외관급가압성량호。
Obejecitve To screen the best preparation technology of Wujiashenghua sustained-release tablets,to con-duct the research in vitro release. Methods Prescription was screened by orthogonal test;HPMC was as skeletal materi-als to prepare Wujiashenghua sustained-release tablets.And the optimization test results were carried out in v itro re-lease study. Results The optimal prescription was hydroxypropyl methylcellulose K100M for skeletal materials,70%ethanol were as binder,MCC was as filler with the dosage of 40 mg,starch was as filler with the dosage of 50 mg,in v itro release of Wujiashenghua sustained-release tablets prepared by the best technology was better,the specifications of HPMC had the maximum influence on the release of drug. Conclusion The method for preparing sustained-release tablets has more obvious sustained release than ordinary sheet.The preparation process is simple,the cost is low,the ap-pearance and compressibility of tablet is good.
