目的：回顾性分析76例手术治疗的直肠癌术后复发患者的临床资料，总结复发病人的治疗关键。方法对比分析76例，再手术病人的术后生存期及并发症的发生率，显示随访的重要性。结果显示完善的随访机制是早期诊断，早期治疗的有效手段。结论提高直肠癌复发病人的疗效关键是密切随访，早期诊断，早期手术，以手术为主的综合治疗。

Objectiveto retrospectively analyze the clinical data of 76 cases of patients with rectal cancer recurrence after operation, and summarize the key therapy in patients with relapse.Methodsthe data of 76 cases in postoperative survival period and the incidence of complications were analyzed and compared, to indicate the importance of follow-up.Resultsthe perfect follow-up mechanism is the effective means for early diagnosis and early treatment.Conclusion the key to improve the curative effect in patients with recurrent rectal cancer is to perform a close follow-up and treat them with early diagnosis, early operation and a comprehensive therapy based on operation.
