目的：观察Picc在晚期癌症患者行Pca泵自控镇痛治疗中的应用效果方法对40例晚期癌症3级疼痛病人各20例，观察组：Picc连接Pca泵持续自控镇痛；对照组采用普通静脉留置针连接Pca泵自控镇痛，分别观察两组留置时间、并发症及镇痛效果。结果使用Picc连接Pca泵自控镇痛病人镇痛效果全部得到缓解，比使用麻醉药及成瘾性的止痛剂量要小。结论对于晚期癌症病人的疼痛处理，可以用Picc连接使用Pca泵自控镇痛，护理人员从各方面给予支持，关心病人，教会病人使用自控装置，使晚期癌症疼痛患者携带方便，并发症少，操作便捷，减少痛苦，值得推广。

목적：관찰Picc재만기암증환자행Pca빙자공진통치료중적응용효과방법대40례만기암증3급동통병인각20례，관찰조：Picc련접Pca빙지속자공진통；대조조채용보통정맥류치침련접Pca빙자공진통，분별관찰량조류치시간、병발증급진통효과。결과사용Picc련접Pca빙자공진통병인진통효과전부득도완해，비사용마취약급성은성적지통제량요소。결론대우만기암증병인적동통처리，가이용Picc련접사용Pca빙자공진통，호리인원종각방면급여지지，관심병인，교회병인사용자공장치，사만기암증동통환자휴대방편，병발증소，조작편첩，감소통고，치득추엄。
Objectiveto observe the clinical effect of Picc in Pca self controlled analgesia of patients with advanced cancer.Methods40 cases of patients with advanced cancer pain in level 3 were divided into two groups, each group of 20 cases. the patients in observation group were treated with the Picc connection of Pca pump continuous self controlled analgesia, while patients in the control group were given normal vein detained needle for Pca pump self controlled analgesia. the detained time, complications occurrence and analgesic effect in two groups were observed.Results the pain in patients treated with Picc in Pca pump analgesia were all relieved, in which the dosage of narcotics and analgesic which were addictive were less used.Conclusion for the treatment of patients with advanced cancer pain, Picc can be used to connect with the Pca pump for analgesia. nursing staff should provide support from all aspects, take care of patients and teach patients how to use this automatic control device. With the advantages of easy to carry, fewer complications, convenient operation and less pain in the patients with advanced cancer pain, it is worthy of promotion.
