重症急性胰腺炎是一种高危急腹症，通过中西医结合治疗能有效缓解患者的症状，提高患者的治愈率。目前中西医结合治疗重症急性胰腺炎已经形成自己独特的体系，形成一套有效的治疗方案，大大降低了患者的死亡率。本文通过对单味中药联合西医治疗方法、中药方剂联合西医治疗方法等进行论述，旨在提高患者的疗效，控制疾病的发展。

Severe acute pancreatitis is a kind of high risk acute abdomen,through the integrated Chinese and western medicine treatment can effectively alleviate the patient’s symptoms,improve the cure rate of patients.At present,inte-grated Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis has formed a unique system,formed a set of effective treatment regimen,greatly reduced the mortality of patients.This paper discusses the treatment meth-ods of single herb combined with western medicine,traditional Chinese medicine prescription combined with western medicine,in order to improve the curative effect of the patients and control the development of disease.
