目的：探讨经皮椎体后凸成形术治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折的临床效果。方法收集本科2011年10月~2014年2月收治的60例骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折患者作为研究对象，均采用经皮椎体后凸成形术治疗，比较术前、术后1 d疼痛视觉类比评分(VAS)，伤椎前缘高度及Cobb角的变化，并观察其临床效果。结果所有患者术前VAS评分为(6.7±1.1)分，术后评分为(2.3±0.7)分，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；伤椎角度增加及Cobb角恢复情况与术前比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)；术中骨水泥渗漏4例4个椎体。结论经皮椎体后凸成形术在骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折的治疗中的应用效果良好，可迅速缓解患者腰背部疼痛，值得临床推广使用。

목적：탐토경피추체후철성형술치료골질소송성추체압축성골절적림상효과。방법수집본과2011년10월~2014년2월수치적60례골질소송성추체압축성골절환자작위연구대상，균채용경피추체후철성형술치료，비교술전、술후1 d동통시각류비평분(VAS)，상추전연고도급Cobb각적변화，병관찰기림상효과。결과소유환자술전VAS평분위(6.7±1.1)분，술후평분위(2.3±0.7)분，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)；상추각도증가급Cobb각회복정황여술전비교，차이유통계학의의(P<0.01)；술중골수니삼루4례4개추체。결론경피추체후철성형술재골질소송성추체압축성골절적치료중적응용효과량호，가신속완해환자요배부동통，치득림상추엄사용。
Objective To explore clinical effect of percutaneous kyphoplasty in the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture. Methods 60 cases with osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture from October 2011 to Febru-ary 2014 in our hospital were selected as research object.All patients were treated with percutaneous kyphoplasty,pain visual analogue scale (VAS) in pre-operation and postoperative 1 day,changes in vertebral body height and Cobb angle were compared,clinical effect was observed. Results VAS scores of all patients in pre-operation was (6.7±1.1)points,and VAS scores in postoperation was (2.3±0.7)points,there was significant difference(P<0.05).Condition of The injured ver-tebra Angle and Cobb angle was compared between before and after operation,there was significant difference (P<0.01). In operation,4 vertebral body bone cement in 4 cases was leaked. Conclusion Application effect of the percutaneous kyphoplasty in the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture is good,can rapidly relieve back pain pa-tients,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
