目的:探讨PBL教育模式对老年2型糖尿病患者跌倒效能的影响。方法随机选择本院会员管理的老年2型糖尿病患者154例作为PBL教育组,采用PBL健康教育模式干预,再随机选择普通建档的老年2型糖尿病患者128例为对照组,进行常规健康教育干预。采用修订版跌倒效能量表进行跌倒效能评估,随访半年后再次评分。结果干预前两组间各条目评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后随访,对照组各条目评分与干预前比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),PBL教育组沐浴、上床与下床、简单的购物、乘坐公共交通工具、过马路、做轻体力园艺或晾晒衣服、上下楼梯等7个条目的评分较干预前明显升高,且显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用PBL教育模式可提高老年2型糖尿病患者的跌倒效能。

목적:탐토PBL교육모식대노년2형당뇨병환자질도효능적영향。방법수궤선택본원회원관리적노년2형당뇨병환자154례작위PBL교육조,채용PBL건강교육모식간예,재수궤선택보통건당적노년2형당뇨병환자128례위대조조,진행상규건강교육간예。채용수정판질도효능량표진행질도효능평고,수방반년후재차평분。결과간예전량조간각조목평분비교차이무통계학의의(P>0.05)。간예후수방,대조조각조목평분여간예전비교차이무통계학의의(P>0.05),PBL교육조목욕、상상여하상、간단적구물、승좌공공교통공구、과마로、주경체력완예혹량쇄의복、상하루제등7개조목적평분교간예전명현승고,차현저고우대조조,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론채용PBL교육모식가제고노년2형당뇨병환자적질도효능。
Objective To explore the effect of PBL education model on the fall efficacy among elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods 154 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus managed in our hospital were ran-domly selected as PBL education group,PBL education model was used in PBL education group,another 128 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus had common files were randomly selected as control group,common health edu-cation was applied in control group.The fall efficacy was evaluated by using the revised edition of MFES.After follow-up of six months,the score was assessed. Results There was no statistical difference between two groups in each item score before intervention (P>0.05).Compared with before intervention,the score of the item in control group after inter-vention and follow-up was no statistical difference(P>0.05).After intervention and follow-up,the score of taking bath,go-ing to bed,general shopping,taking public transport,crossing the road,doing light physical gardening or drying clothes and climbing stairs in PBL education group was significantly higher than that in control group and before intervention respectively,with statistical difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Application of PBL education model could improve the fall efficacy among elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.
