目的：比较临床护理路径和常规护理对子宫肌瘤患者的影响。方法选取本院收治的52例子宫肌瘤患者，均采用手术治疗，将患者均分为对照组和观察组，观察组给予临床护理路径，对照组给予常规护理。比较两组患者的住院时间、住院费用、健康知识掌握率、并发症发生率及护理满意度。结果观察组的住院时间显著短于对照组，住院费用显著少于对照组，并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组的健康知识掌握率和护理满意度分别为92.3%、96.2%，均高于对照组的73.1%和80.8%，两组比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床护理路径用于子宫肌瘤患者的效果确切，可缩短住院时间，有效提高护理质量和护理满意度。
목적：비교림상호리로경화상규호리대자궁기류환자적영향。방법선취본원수치적52례자궁기류환자，균채용수술치료，장환자균분위대조조화관찰조，관찰조급여림상호리로경，대조조급여상규호리。비교량조환자적주원시간、주원비용、건강지식장악솔、병발증발생솔급호리만의도。결과관찰조적주원시간현저단우대조조，주원비용현저소우대조조，병발증발생솔현저저우대조조(P<0.05)；관찰조적건강지식장악솔화호리만의도분별위92.3%、96.2%，균고우대조조적73.1%화80.8%，량조비교，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론림상호리로경용우자궁기류환자적효과학절，가축단주원시간，유효제고호리질량화호리만의도。
Objective To compare the influence of clinical nursing path and routine care on patients with uterine fi-broids. Methods 52 cases with uterine fibroids in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and control group.Both were treated by surgery.The observation group was given the clinical care patha and the control group was given the routine nursing.The hospitalization time,hospitalization costs,master rate of health knowl-edge,the incidence rate of complication,and nursing satisfaction degree of the two groups were compared. Results The hospitalization time in the observation group was obviously shorter than that in the control group,the hospitalization costs in the observation group were fewer than those in the control group,the incidence rate of complication in the ob-servation group was lower than that in the control group,the master rate and nursing satisfaction degree in the observa-tion group was 92.3%and 96.2%respectively,which were significantly higher than thoseof control group (73.1%and 80.8%) (P<0.05). Conclusion Clinical care path for women with uterine fibroids has exact effect.It can shorten hospitalization time,effectively improve nursing quality and satisfaction.
