目的：探讨品管圈活动在肝癌介入患者护理中的应用效果。方法选用2011年7月~2014年7月入住本院治疗肝癌的患者168例，将其随机分成两组，每组各84例。患者全部实施肝癌介入术后，给予对照组患者常规健康教育，为护理组设立品管圈，通过品管圈活动步骤为患者提供健康教育，比较两组的健康教育达标率以及患者对护理工作的满意率。结果护理组的健康教育达标率、对护理工作的满意率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论通过品管圈活动为肝癌介入患者实施健康教育，不但可以让患者充分掌握健康知识，还能提高患者对整个护理过程的满意度，值得临床推广。
목적：탐토품관권활동재간암개입환자호리중적응용효과。방법선용2011년7월~2014년7월입주본원치료간암적환자168례，장기수궤분성량조，매조각84례。환자전부실시간암개입술후，급여대조조환자상규건강교육，위호리조설립품관권，통과품관권활동보취위환자제공건강교육，비교량조적건강교육체표솔이급환자대호리공작적만의솔。결과호리조적건강교육체표솔、대호리공작적만의솔균현저고우대조조(P<0.05)。결론통과품관권활동위간암개입환자실시건강교육，불단가이양환자충분장악건강지식，환능제고환자대정개호리과정적만의도，치득림상추엄。
Objective To discuss the application effect of quality control circle activities in nursing of patients with liv-er cancer intervention. Methods 168 patients with liver cancer treated in our hospital from July 2011 to July 2014 were selected and were randomly divided into the two groups,after liver cancer intervention,the control groupconventional was given health education,quality control circle (QCC) was established in the nursing group,health education was provided to patients through QCC activity,the health education compliance rate and patient satisfaction rate of the two groups were compared. Results The health education compliance rate and satisfaction rate of patients in the nursing control group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Conducting health education for patients with liver cancer intervention through QCC not only make patients fully grasp the health knowledge,but also can improve the satisfaction for the whole nursing process,it is worthy of promotion in clinic.
