目的：探讨丙种球蛋白联合阿司匹林治疗小儿川崎病的临床价值。方法选择患儿80例分为两组，各40例，对照组采用阿司匹林，观察组在对照组的基础上采用丙种球蛋白，比较两组治疗后的IgA、IgG及IgM水平，统计两组的退热时间、黏膜充血消失时间及淋巴结肿大消失时间。结果治疗后，观察组IgA、IgG及IgM水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)，观察组退热时间、黏膜充血消失时间及淋巴结肿大消失时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论丙种球蛋白联合阿司匹林治疗小儿川崎病能有效提高机体免疫力，迅速改善临床症状，具有一定的临床意义。
목적：탐토병충구단백연합아사필림치료소인천기병적림상개치。방법선택환인80례분위량조，각40례，대조조채용아사필림，관찰조재대조조적기출상채용병충구단백，비교량조치료후적IgA、IgG급IgM수평，통계량조적퇴열시간、점막충혈소실시간급림파결종대소실시간。결과치료후，관찰조IgA、IgG급IgM수평균현저고우대조조(P<0.05)，관찰조퇴열시간、점막충혈소실시간급림파결종대소실시간균현저단우대조조(P<0.05)。결론병충구단백연합아사필림치료소인천기병능유효제고궤체면역력，신속개선림상증상，구유일정적림상의의。
Objective To study clinical value of gamma globulin combined with aspirin in the treatment of children with Kawasaki disease. Methods 80 cases of children were selected and divided into two groups,each group of 40 cas-es,aspirin was used in control group,gamma globulin was applied in observation group on the basis of control group.Af-ter treatment,the level of IgA,IgG and IgM in two groups was compared respectively,cooling time,mucosal congestion disappear time and lymphadenopathy disappear time in two groups was recorded respectively. Results After treatment, the level of IgA,IgG and IgM in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group respectively (P<0.05).After treatment,cooling time,mucosal congestion disappear time and lymphadenopathy disappear time in observa-tion group was significantly shorter than that in control group respectively (P<0.05). Conclusion Gamma globulin com-bined with aspirin in the treatment of children with Kawasaki disease can effectively improve immunity,rapidly improve clinical symptom,it has a certain clinical significance.
