目的：分析埃索美拉唑治疗反流性食管炎的临床效果及不良反应。方法选取70例反流性食管炎患者作为研究对象，按照给药方式分为治疗组37例和对照组33例，对照组患者服用奥美拉唑，治疗组患者服用埃索美拉唑，分析两组的治疗效果。结果治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)，治疗后的症状评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)，两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论埃索美拉唑治疗反流性食管炎的效果显著，安全有效，可作为治疗反流性食管炎的理想药物。
목적：분석애색미랍서치료반류성식관염적림상효과급불량반응。방법선취70례반류성식관염환자작위연구대상，안조급약방식분위치료조37례화대조조33례，대조조환자복용오미랍서，치료조환자복용애색미랍서，분석량조적치료효과。결과치료조총유효솔명현고우대조조(P<0.05)，치료후적증상평분명현저우대조조(P<0.05)，량조불량반응발생솔비교차이무통계학의의(P>0.05)。결론애색미랍서치료반류성식관염적효과현저，안전유효，가작위치료반류성식관염적이상약물。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect and adverse reaction of esomeprazole in the treatment of reflux esophagitis. Methods 70 patients with reflux esophagitis were selected as the research objects and divided into treat-ment group (37 cases)and control group (33 cases)according to administration mode.The omeprazole was used in control group,esomeprazole was applied in treatment group,the effect of two groups was analysed. Results Total effective rate in treatment group was significantly higher than that in control group (P<0.05),symptom score after treatment in treatment group was significantly lower than that in control group (P<0.05).Incidence rate of adverse reaction in two groups was compared,with no statistical difference(P>0.05). Conclusion Treatment effect on esomeprazole in the treatment of reflux esophagitis is remarkable,safe and effective.It can be used as an ideal drug treatment of reflux esophagitis.
