目的：评价不同口腔修复膜材料在牙种植中引导骨再生的临床疗效。方法选取2010年1月~2013年8月本院收治的320例行牙种植引导骨再生术的患者，随机分为观察组和对照组各160例，两组患者均采用天博骨粉作骨移植物，观察组采用海奥口腔修复膜行引导骨再生，对照组采用博特医用胶原膜行引导骨再生，观察比较两组的临床疗效、种植修复后骨厚度、植骨厚度及不良反应发生率。结果观察组修复成功率为95.6%，高于对照组的79.4%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组治疗1周后的骨厚度及植骨厚度均厚于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组不良反应的发生率为1.88%，低于对照组的5.00%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用海奥口腔修复膜行牙种植引导骨再生效果好，手术成功率高，安全有效，值得临床予以推广。

목적：평개불동구강수복막재료재아충식중인도골재생적림상료효。방법선취2010년1월~2013년8월본원수치적320례행아충식인도골재생술적환자，수궤분위관찰조화대조조각160례，량조환자균채용천박골분작골이식물，관찰조채용해오구강수복막행인도골재생，대조조채용박특의용효원막행인도골재생，관찰비교량조적림상료효、충식수복후골후도、식골후도급불량반응발생솔。결과관찰조수복성공솔위95.6%，고우대조조적79.4%，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)；관찰조치료1주후적골후도급식골후도균후우대조조，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)；관찰조불량반응적발생솔위1.88%，저우대조조적5.00%，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론채용해오구강수복막행아충식인도골재생효과호，수술성공솔고，안전유효，치득림상여이추엄。
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of different dental membrane materials in dental implant guided bone regeneration. Methods 320 patients taking with dental implant guided bone regeneration in our hospital from January 2010 to August 2013 were selected,and were randomly divided into observation group and control group of 160 cases,Tianbo bone meal as bone grafts were used to patients of two groups,Haiao prosthodontics guided bone regeneration was given to the observation group,Bot medical collagen membrane guided bone regeneration was given to the control group.The clinical efficacy,bone thickness after implant restoration,planting bone thickness and adverse reaction rate of the two groups were observed and compared. Results The success rate of repair was 95.6% in the observation group,higher than 79.4%of the control group,the difference was significant (P<0.05);bone thickness after implant restoration and planting bone thickness of the observation group were thicker than those of control group,the differences were significant (P<0.05);the adverse reaction rate was 1.88% in the observation group,lower than 5.00% of the control group,the difference was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Haiao prosthodontics dental implant guided bone regeneration has good clinical results,high surgical success rate,is safe and effective,be worthy promotion in clinical practice.
