目的：比较腹腔镜疝修补术和传统疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝的临床效果。方法选取本院2011年1月~2013年12月收治的腹股沟疝患者40例，按照随机数字表法分为传统术组(n=20)和腹腔镜组(n=20)，比较两组患者的单侧手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、住院费用、术后随访6个月出现的并发症及复发率等。结果两组单侧手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、住院费用比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；两组患者术后并发症发生率、复发率比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论传统疝修补术可显著缩短手术时间，降低住院费用，而腹腔镜疝修补术在术中出血量以及住院时间方面占有明显优势，腹股沟疝患者应根据自身的病情和经济条件选择合理的手术方式。

목적：비교복강경산수보술화전통산수보술치료복고구산적림상효과。방법선취본원2011년1월~2013년12월수치적복고구산환자40례，안조수궤수자표법분위전통술조(n=20)화복강경조(n=20)，비교량조환자적단측수술시간、술중출혈량、주원시간、주원비용、술후수방6개월출현적병발증급복발솔등。결과량조단측수술시간、술중출혈량、주원시간、주원비용비교，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)；량조환자술후병발증발생솔、복발솔비교，차이무통계학의의(P>0.05)。결론전통산수보술가현저축단수술시간，강저주원비용，이복강경산수보술재술중출혈량이급주원시간방면점유명현우세，복고구산환자응근거자신적병정화경제조건선택합리적수술방식。
Objective To observe the clinical effects of laparoscopic hernia repair and traditional hernia repair in the treatment of inguinal hernia repair. Methods 40 patients with inguinal hernia repair admitted to our hospital from Jan-uary 2011 to December 2013 were chosen,and were randomly divided into conventional surgery group (n=20) and la-paroscopic group (n=20),the unilateral operative time,blood loss,hospital stay,cost of hospitalization,postoperative com-plications and recurrence rate of follow-up six months of two groups were compared. Results The difference of unilat-eral operative time,blood loss,hospital stay,hospital costs aspects between two groups was significant (P<0.05);But the postoperative complications,recurrence rate of two groups had no significant difference (P>0.05). Conclusion The tradi-tional hernia repair can significantly reduce the surgery time,reduce hospital costs,and the laparoscopic hernia repair occupies obvious advantage in terms of blood loss and length of hospital stay.Therefore,inguinal hernia surgery patients should choose a reasonable way according to their own conditions and economic conditions.
