目的：了解克拉玛依炼油厂社区居民甘油三酯（TG）患病率及其影响因素。方法于2007年10月－2010年3月采用整群随机抽样法抽取克拉玛依炼油厂社区年龄＞35岁常住成人作为调查对象，统计汉族、维吾尔族、哈萨克族不同年龄组、不同性别人群的高甘油三酯血症患病率。结果（1）汉族高甘油三酯血症患病率最高（35．9％），哈萨克族人群最低（24．8％）；（2）45～64岁年龄组高甘油三酯血症发病率最高，在调整了年龄、性别、肥胖、饮酒、高血压、糖尿病等混杂因素后，汉族人群高甘油三酯血症的患病率仍较维吾尔族和哈萨克族高。高血压、肥胖、高尿酸血症、糖尿病是高胆固醇三酯血症的危险因素。结论克拉玛依炼油厂社区居民高脂血症的患病率存在民族差异。随着体质指数、血压、血糖的增加，高甘油三酯血症患病率呈现增高趋势。
목적：료해극랍마의련유엄사구거민감유삼지（TG）환병솔급기영향인소。방법우2007년10월－2010년3월채용정군수궤추양법추취극랍마의련유엄사구년령＞35세상주성인작위조사대상，통계한족、유오이족、합살극족불동년령조、불동성별인군적고감유삼지혈증환병솔。결과（1）한족고감유삼지혈증환병솔최고（35．9％），합살극족인군최저（24．8％）；（2）45～64세년령조고감유삼지혈증발병솔최고，재조정료년령、성별、비반、음주、고혈압、당뇨병등혼잡인소후，한족인군고감유삼지혈증적환병솔잉교유오이족화합살극족고。고혈압、비반、고뇨산혈증、당뇨병시고담고순삼지혈증적위험인소。결론극랍마의련유엄사구거민고지혈증적환병솔존재민족차이。수착체질지수、혈압、혈당적증가，고감유삼지혈증환병솔정현증고추세。
Objective To explore the prevalence and influencing factors of hypertriglyceridemia in Kelamayi population.Methods A stratified sampling method was adopted to select a representative sample of data according to the Cardiovascular Risk Survey (CRS)on the general population in Kelamayi in different eth-nic groups,age brackets and sexes.Results (1)The prevalence of hypertriglyceridemia in Xinjiang ap-peared the highest in Han people and lowest in Kazakh people,with the prevalence of 35.9% and 24.8%respectively.(2)The prevalence of hypertriglyceridemia reached the peak at age 45 - 64.With some ad-justments in confounding factors,such as sex,age,body index mass,smoking,alcohol consumption,hy-pertension and diabetes,the difference remained significant.High blood pressure,obesity,high uric acid hematic disease and diabetes were risky factors for hypertriglyceridemia.Conclusion There were some differences in the prevalence of hypertriglyceridemia in different ethnic groups.The prevalence of triglycer-ides is increasing with the increasing of body mass index,blood pressure and blood glucose.
