目的：评估在非体外循环下冠状动脉旁路移植术（ OPCABG）中护理配合临床应用的价值。方法通过对2012年5月至2014年5月我院40例冠心病人在非体外循环下冠状动脉旁路移植术，回顾性分析术前、术中及术后的护理配合，进行总结并探讨OPCABG术的护理体会、经验及效果。结果所有病人经治疗均痊愈出院，而且无并发症的出现，手术时间较短，住院时间也显著缩短，平均为9d。结果病人术后恢复良好。结论对于OPCABG的病人进行规范的手术护理配合有助于手术的顺利进行，可显著提高治愈率、减少并发症、缩短住院时间、减少住院费用、减轻病人经济负担。
목적：평고재비체외순배하관상동맥방로이식술（ OPCABG）중호리배합림상응용적개치。방법통과대2012년5월지2014년5월아원40례관심병인재비체외순배하관상동맥방로이식술，회고성분석술전、술중급술후적호리배합，진행총결병탐토OPCABG술적호리체회、경험급효과。결과소유병인경치료균전유출원，이차무병발증적출현，수술시간교단，주원시간야현저축단，평균위9d。결과병인술후회복량호。결론대우OPCABG적병인진행규범적수술호리배합유조우수술적순리진행，가현저제고치유솔、감소병발증、축단주원시간、감소주원비용、감경병인경제부담。
Objective To evaluate nursing cooperation in off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting ( OPCABG) value in clinical application.Methods Based on 2012 May to 2014 May in our hospital 40 cases of coronary heart disease undergoing the OPCABG, to explore the nursing experience of OPCABG and nursing effect by retrospectively analyzed and summarized the nursing cooperation before operation, during operation and after operation.Results All the patients after treatment were cured, and no complications, shorter operation time and hospitalization time, and the average hospitalization time is 9d.Conclusions The regular nursing cooperation of OPCABG patients can helps the operation smoothly, can significantly improve the cure rate and reduce complications, shorten the time of hospitalization, reduce hospitalization expenses, reduce the economic burden of the patient.
