在透射电子显微镜相机的研制中,针对SONY行间转移面阵CCD ICX285AL图像传感器,设计了一款基于CPLD的面阵CCD驱动电路。以Altera公司的CPLD芯片EPM570T100作为时序发生器产生CCD驱动信号和相关双采样控制信号,并搭建了驱动器电路和直流偏压电路。在Quartus Ⅱ13.1开发环境下利用Verilog HDL语言编程,并利用ModelSim SE 10.1进行仿真测试。实验结果表明,以CPLD为核心的驱动电路能够产生符合CCD要求的驱动脉冲和偏置电压,可稳定地输出CCD视频信号。
在透射電子顯微鏡相機的研製中,針對SONY行間轉移麵陣CCD ICX285AL圖像傳感器,設計瞭一款基于CPLD的麵陣CCD驅動電路。以Altera公司的CPLD芯片EPM570T100作為時序髮生器產生CCD驅動信號和相關雙採樣控製信號,併搭建瞭驅動器電路和直流偏壓電路。在Quartus Ⅱ13.1開髮環境下利用Verilog HDL語言編程,併利用ModelSim SE 10.1進行倣真測試。實驗結果錶明,以CPLD為覈心的驅動電路能夠產生符閤CCD要求的驅動脈遲和偏置電壓,可穩定地輸齣CCD視頻信號。

In design of a TEM camera with CCD ICX285AL as the image sensor,an array CCD driving circuit based on CPLD was designed. Altera′s EPM570T100 is used as a time?sequence generator to generate CCD driving signal and CDS?con?trol signal. A driver circuit and DC bias circuit were designed to provide voltage transformation,and to generate DC source and bias voltage. Verilog HDL is adopted to compile program under Quartus II 13.1 to implement logic circuits in CPLD. Simulations were conducted in the ModelSim 10.1. Experiment results indicate that the designed driving circuit can generate the driving pulse and bias voltage which meet the demands of CCD,and can steadily output CCD video signal.
