目的：探讨气管镜吸痰联合肺泡灌洗在难治性哮喘患者的应用价值及可行性。方法将32例入选病人随机分对照组及治疗组，在规范的治疗同时，治疗组接受气管镜吸痰、肺泡灌洗治疗2～3次后，观察两组ACT评分及肺功能指标改善水平。结果治疗组患者ACT评分及肺功能指标有明显改善，P＜0．01，有统计学意义。结论难治性哮喘患者行气管镜吸痰联合肺泡灌洗治疗后肺功能指标及ACT评分有明显改善。
목적：탐토기관경흡담연합폐포관세재난치성효천환자적응용개치급가행성。방법장32례입선병인수궤분대조조급치료조，재규범적치료동시，치료조접수기관경흡담、폐포관세치료2～3차후，관찰량조ACT평분급폐공능지표개선수평。결과치료조환자ACT평분급폐공능지표유명현개선，P＜0．01，유통계학의의。결론난치성효천환자행기관경흡담연합폐포관세치료후폐공능지표급ACT평분유명현개선。
Objective to explore the application value of bronchoscope sputum suction combined with alveolar lavage in treatment of refractory asthma.Methods 32 cases of selected patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, at the same time in the standard treatment, the treatment group received bronchoscope sputum suction and alveolar lavage treatment after 2~3 times, observed two groups ACT score and lung function index improved level.Results The treatment group patients ACT score and lung function index improved significantly, P <0.01, with statistical significance. Conclusions The sputum suction line bronchoscope in patients with refractory asthma and alveolar lavage treatment after lung function index and ACT scores have improved significantly.
