目的：探讨静脉用沐舒坦针联合支气管镜肺泡灌洗治疗大叶性肺炎的临床效果及价值。方法对我院收治的72例大叶性肺炎患者，随机分为对照组和治疗组各36例。对照组采用常规治疗予抗生素抗感染，治疗组在常规治疗的基础上给予静脉用沐舒坦针联合支气管镜下局部灌洗治疗。结果治疗10天后治疗组总有效率为91．67％，对照组总有效率为69．44％，治疗组明显高于对照组，两组间差别有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）。治疗组在症状、体征消失时间、住院时间等比较均明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论应用沐舒坦联合纤支镜肺泡灌洗治疗大叶性肺炎临床疗效好，明显缩短住院时间，值得临床广泛推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of intravenous mucosolvan and bronchoscope lavage in the treatment of lobar pneumonia and its application value.Methods Select 72 cases of patients who suffered from lobar pneumonia, and they were equally divided into treatment group and control group.Routine therapy such as antibiotics was used in both two groups.Beyond this treatment mucosolvan and bronchoscope lavage was used in the treatment group.Results Ten days after the treatment, the total effective rate of treatment group was 91.76%, and it was 69.44%in the control group, there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The treatment group has better effect than control group at disappear time of symptoms and signs, hospitalization time etc.and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusions The application effect of mucosolvan and bronchoscope lavage in the treatment of lobar pneumonia is proved to be well, it can decrease hospitalization time, and is worth to promote.
