为研究障碍物对瓦斯爆炸冲击波传播规律的影响,利用水平管道式气体———粉尘爆炸实验装置,测试并分析障碍物数量、尺寸和壁面粗糙程度对瓦斯爆炸冲击波超压、冲击波传播规律的影响。结果表明:障碍物对瓦斯爆炸过程中冲击波传播规律具有重要影响。障碍物存在时,改变了爆炸冲击波的传播规律,提高了冲击波超压的最大峰值压力,且随着障碍物数量和尺寸的增加,这种激励作用越明显。随着壁面粗糙程度的增大,瓦斯爆炸冲击波超压明显增大。研究结果对井下巷道瓦斯爆炸冲击波的防治具有一定的指导意义。

위연구장애물대와사폭작충격파전파규률적영향,이용수평관도식기체———분진폭작실험장치,측시병분석장애물수량、척촌화벽면조조정도대와사폭작충격파초압、충격파전파규률적영향。결과표명:장애물대와사폭작과정중충격파전파규률구유중요영향。장애물존재시,개변료폭작충격파적전파규률,제고료충격파초압적최대봉치압력,차수착장애물수량화척촌적증가,저충격려작용월명현。수착벽면조조정도적증대,와사폭작충격파초압명현증대。연구결과대정하항도와사폭작충격파적방치구유일정적지도의의。
In order to study the effect of obstacles on the propagation law of gas explosion shock wave , the effects of number, size and surface coarse degree of obstacles on the overpressure and propagation law of gas explosion shock wave were tested and analyzed by using horizontal pipeline gas -dust explosion experiment equipment .The results showed that obstacles have an important influence on the propagation law in the process of gas explosion .Obstacles can change the propagation law of explosion shock wave and increase the maximum peak value of the gas explosion shock wave overpressure, and the incentive effect is more obvious with the increasing of the number and size of ob -stacles.With the increasing of surface coarse degree , the overpressure increases obviously .The results of this study have certain guiding significance on the prevention and control of gas explosion shock wave in underground road -way.
