目的研究中药燕滨扶正胶囊治疗肝硬化（代偿期或失代偿期）临床疗效。方法选择代偿期及失代偿期肝硬化患者41例，随机分为治疗组（21例）及对照组（20例）。治疗组给予燕滨扶正胶囊1500 mg/次，口服，2次/日。对照组给予扶正化瘀胶囊2500 mg/次，3次/日。两组疗程均为48周。两组依据病情给予抗病毒，护肝降酶、对症支持等一般治疗（替比夫定、甘利欣、消炎利胆片、茵栀黄胶囊等），观察两组患者症状、血常规、肝功能、门静脉宽度、腹水、肝脏及脾脏形态。结果中药燕滨扶正胶囊联合抗病毒药物可使代偿期及失代偿期肝硬化患者门静脉宽度、脾肿大回缩或复常，可使纤维化指标复常或大幅下降且肝脏功能好转或复常。结论燕滨扶正胶囊可改善肝硬化。
목적연구중약연빈부정효낭치료간경화（대상기혹실대상기）림상료효。방법선택대상기급실대상기간경화환자41례，수궤분위치료조（21례）급대조조（20례）。치료조급여연빈부정효낭1500 mg/차，구복，2차/일。대조조급여부정화어효낭2500 mg/차，3차/일。량조료정균위48주。량조의거병정급여항병독，호간강매、대증지지등일반치료（체비부정、감리흔、소염리담편、인치황효낭등），관찰량조환자증상、혈상규、간공능、문정맥관도、복수、간장급비장형태。결과중약연빈부정효낭연합항병독약물가사대상기급실대상기간경화환자문정맥관도、비종대회축혹복상，가사섬유화지표복상혹대폭하강차간장공능호전혹복상。결론연빈부정효낭가개선간경화。
Objective To observe the clinical effect on Yanbinruzheng capsule in the treatment of compensated stage and decompensated stage liver cirrhosis. Methods Total of 41 patients with compensated stage and decompensated stage liver cirrhosis were randomly assigned to treatment group (21 cases) and control group (20 cases). Treatment group alone had Yanbinruzheng capsule 1500 mg once time, 2 times daily; control group received Yanbinruzheng capsule 2500 mg once time, 3 times a day. Two groups were treated for 48 weeks. According to the condition of individual patients, antiviral drugs, treatments that protect liver and lower transaminase and other supportive treatments may apply to both groups (telbivudine, diammonium glycyrrhizinate, Xiaoyanlidan tablets, Yinzhihuang capsule). Results Observation indicated that the use of“Yanbinruzheng capsule” combined with antiviral drugs can improve the liver morphology, reduce the width of portal vein, shrink or normalize splenomegaly, significantly reduce or normalize the level of liver fibrosis. In contrast to the control group, treatment group has significantly improved liver function or normalized the liver function of patients with liver cirrhosis. Conclusions Yanbinruzheng capsule improves liver function and treats liver cirrhosis.
