本世纪前十年,我国建筑业从业人员增加了一倍,其总体受教育水平仍然较低和结构不合理:2010年人均受教育年限为9.1年,大专及以上文化程度人员仅占6%。与此同时,建筑教育尤其是高等建筑教育在招生规模上作了相应调整,2010年后者已达到年招生74万人的规模,可有效弥补建筑业人力资源上的缺陷。面对未来十年建筑业人力资源需求和建筑教育的发展,应适当控制高等建筑教育招生增长规模,对不同专业本专科的招生比例按人才需求情况进行调整;合理定位不同专业培养目标,注重培养应用型、复合型人才;扩大中等职业建筑教育招生规模,加强对技能型、操作型人才的培养;重视对现有从业人员的在职培训,以提高其整体素质。

In the first ten years of this century,the scale of the employees in construction industry expanded by nearly 2 times,but their overall education level was still low and the structure not reasonable.In 2010,the per capita education years were 9.1 years,the graduates from junior colleges and above only accounted for 6%.Architectural education especially higher education in building had made the corresponding adjustment in the recruitment scale.The latter had reached about 74 million people in 2010,which could effectively make up for the insufficiency in human resources.To meet the demands of human resource and development of architectural education in the future ten years,we should control the scale of the enrollment of higher education in this specialized field,adjust the enrollment proportion of different professionals and specialized programmes,fulfill the professional training objectives of different orientations in higher education, strengthen the reform of the professional course teaching, enlarge the recruitment of students scale and proportion of secondary vocational education in building, increase efforts to train the technical and operational personnel, and strengthen on-the-job training for the construction industry practitioners to improve their overall quality.
