By taking controlled trials, the mixed standard experiment of ClO3 --ClO - is analyzed under the chromatographic conditions, the optimal conditions are obtained: it is beneficial for common anions to measure and optimize under low proportion of eluent and higher column temperature conditions; and the improvement of determination is not obvious between large volume sample injection and larger volume sample injection.
