Zeolite%adsorption properties%test
利用天然斜发沸石作为吸附剂,进行沸石静态吸附性能进行试验及分析.由试验结果可知,沸石对铵离子具有很强的选择性离子交换和吸附能力.在10 min 时,锥形瓶中氨氮的浓度为1.31 mg/L,沸石对氨氮的去除率为73.8%;在20 min 时,锥形瓶中氨氮的浓度为0.96 mg/L,沸石对氨氮的去除率为80.8%;在30 min 时,锥形瓶中氨氮的浓度为0.65 mg/L,沸石对氨氮的去除率为87%;30 min 以后,沸石对氨氮的去除率增加不大.沸石和含氨氮的溶液发生吸附作用和离子交换作用之后,会造成其出水 pH 升高.沸石对微污染河水的 CODMn 的去除率为2.89%~3.78%,对微污染河水的 UV254的去除率为5.41%~6.82%.

Using natural clinoptilolite as adsorbent,zeolite static adsorption is experimented and ana-lyzed.The test result shows that zeolite has a strong selective ion exchange and adsorption capaci-ty for the ammonium ion.Within 10 min,ammonia nitrogen concentration in the conical flask is 1.31 mg/L,the removal rate of zeolite for ammonia nitrogen is 73.8%;In 20 min,ammonia nitro-gen concentration in the conical flask is 0.96 mg/L,the removal rate is 80.8%;In 30 min,ammo-nia nitrogen concentration in the conical flask is 0.65 mg/L,the removal rate is 87%;After 30 min,the removal rate has not increased greatly.After the adsorption and ion exchange between ze-olite and liquid containing ammonia nitrogen,the water pH will increase.The removal rate of Zeo-lite for CODMn of slightly polluted river is 2.89%~3.78%,and for UV254 of slightly polluted river,the removal rate is 5.41%~6.82%.
