[目的]研究注射口蹄疫疫苗对种公牛精液品质的影响。[方法]随机选择6头种公牛,并采其精液进行检测,用比较方法研究。[结果]注射双价灭活疫苗前精液量6.8ml,鲜精活率70%,精液密度17.3亿/mL,冻后活率39.7%冻精数414.8剂,精子畸形率14.2%。注射双价疫苗之后精液量4.3 mL,鲜精活率6.5%,精液密度12.7亿/mL,冻后活率34.8%冻精数162.3剂,精子畸形率18%。[结论]注射疫苗后,种公牛的精液品质也随之下降,精液量、精子密度和原精活率注射后较注射前极显著降低,认为注射口蹄疫疫苗对种公牛的精液品质产生较大影响。

[목적]연구주사구제역역묘대충공우정액품질적영향。[방법]수궤선택6두충공우,병채기정액진행검측,용비교방법연구。[결과]주사쌍개멸활역묘전정액량6.8ml,선정활솔70%,정액밀도17.3억/mL,동후활솔39.7%동정수414.8제,정자기형솔14.2%。주사쌍개역묘지후정액량4.3 mL,선정활솔6.5%,정액밀도12.7억/mL,동후활솔34.8%동정수162.3제,정자기형솔18%。[결론]주사역묘후,충공우적정액품질야수지하강,정액량、정자밀도화원정활솔주사후교주사전겁현저강저,인위주사구제역역묘대충공우적정액품질산생교대영향。
Objective]To study the effects of foot and mouth disease (FMD)vaccine injection on bull semen quality.[Method]Kinds of bull semen from six bulls was analyzed.[Result]Before bivalent inacti-vated vaccine injection,the volume of semen was 6.8 mL,fresh pure live rate was 70%,and sperm density was 1.73 billion/ml,as well as frozen live rate was 39.7%.After analyzing frozen numbers (414.8 dos-age),sperm malformation rate was 14.2%.After bivalent vaccine injection,semen volume was 4.3 mL, fresh pure live rate was 6.5%,the density of semen was 1.27 billion/ml,frozen live rate was 34.8% after frozen fine number was 1 62.3 dosage and sperm malformation rate was 18%.[Conclusion]After vaccina-tion,kinds of bull semen quality decreased,sperm quantity,sperm density and the original pure live rate were significantly lower than before,so it was suggested that the foot and mouth disease (FMD)vaccine had great influence on kinds of bull semen quality.
