随着甲骨文数字化研究的不断深入，建立综合的甲骨文语义知识库已成为当前甲骨文研究的迫切要求，而语义词典则是构建语义知识库的基础。本文从甲骨文语言自身特点出发，首先明确甲骨文语义分析原则，给出了甲骨文语义分类体系；然后按照配价原则描述对应的语义属性及语义搭配；最后构造一个半自动化的甲骨文语义词典生成系统，以期更好地服务于甲骨学研究。

At present, most OBI( Oracle Bone Inscriptions) information has been digitized, so a comprehensive OBI semantic knowledge is required to further process OBI.Because semantic dictionary is the foundation of semantic knowledge base, we hava a study to construct OBI.semantic dictionary.First, OBI semantic infor-mation was analyzed to realize its classification.Then each semantic properties and relations have been de-scribed in accordance with the predicate valence.Finally, a semi-automated OBI semantic dictionary genera-tion system has been constructed to service to the OBI’ s scholars.
