沿空留巷技术是合理开发煤炭资源,提高煤炭回收率,减少巷道掘进量,缓和采掘接续紧张局面的一项先进的井工开采技术。但是采用无煤柱巷旁柔模支护技术留巷后,在回采时出现了一个极为严峻的问题,即在有自燃倾向性的煤层中采用该工艺回采,因留巷时柔模接顶不实、柔模墙体局部压裂等漏风问题不好解决,造成了采空区、开切眼及停采线等地段遗煤自燃发火,特别是在厚煤层中分层采和放顶煤开采时,采空区自燃事故出现的几率更高、更明显。为此,如何在沿空留巷所形成的工作面减少漏风、稳定系统及抑制自燃发火工作显得尤为重要。本文着重介绍了金凤煤矿在柔模巷旁支护技术中运用以注液氮为主、注浆(凝胶)、束管监测、监测监控及人工检测等为辅的综合防灭火措施,成功地杜绝了沿空留巷及回采期间自燃发火隐患,确保了工作面的安全回采,取得了明显的经济效益和社会效益。
沿空留巷技術是閤理開髮煤炭資源,提高煤炭迴收率,減少巷道掘進量,緩和採掘接續緊張跼麵的一項先進的井工開採技術。但是採用無煤柱巷徬柔模支護技術留巷後,在迴採時齣現瞭一箇極為嚴峻的問題,即在有自燃傾嚮性的煤層中採用該工藝迴採,因留巷時柔模接頂不實、柔模牆體跼部壓裂等漏風問題不好解決,造成瞭採空區、開切眼及停採線等地段遺煤自燃髮火,特彆是在厚煤層中分層採和放頂煤開採時,採空區自燃事故齣現的幾率更高、更明顯。為此,如何在沿空留巷所形成的工作麵減少漏風、穩定繫統及抑製自燃髮火工作顯得尤為重要。本文著重介紹瞭金鳳煤礦在柔模巷徬支護技術中運用以註液氮為主、註漿(凝膠)、束管鑑測、鑑測鑑控及人工檢測等為輔的綜閤防滅火措施,成功地杜絕瞭沿空留巷及迴採期間自燃髮火隱患,確保瞭工作麵的安全迴採,取得瞭明顯的經濟效益和社會效益。

Gob-side entry retaining Technology is an advanced well drilling technology for reasonable exploita?tion of coal resources, improve the coal recovery rate, decrease roadway drivage, moderate mining tense situa?tion. But after adopt coal mining without pillars flexible form-work supporting technology, there is a serious problem in stopping, it is in the coal seam have spontaneous combustion tendency flexible form-work roof-contacted hollowness and the wall local fracturing and air leakage caused the goaf area, open-off cut and stop mining line and other areas spontaneous combustion, especially in thick coal seam layering mining and sub-level caving mining, the goaf spontaneous combustion accident probability is higher and more obvious. Therefore, how to reduce air leakage, stable system and inhibit the spontaneous combustion in gob-side entry retaining is particularly important. This paper emphatically introduces the comprehensive fire prevention mea?sures that Jinfeng Coal Mine give priority to liquid nitrogen injection and complementary grouting (gel), tube monitoring, monitoring control and artificial detection in flexible form-work supporting technology, successfully put an end to spontaneous combustion hidden trouble during gob-side entry retaining and stopping, ensured the safety mining of working face and achieved obvious economic benefits and social benefits.
