与硅胶负载型催化剂(简称M催化剂)相比,浆液催化剂活性高、引发时间短、所制线型低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)细粉含量少且降低了三乙基铝的消耗。通过在装置上新增浆液催化剂加料系统,实现由M催化剂在线切换浆液催化剂。通过调整工艺参数,开发出了用浆液催化剂生产的LLDPEQLLF30,并与用M催化剂生产的LLDPEDFDA7042的性能进行了对比。结果表明:在保留了DFDA7042优良力学性能的同时,用QLLF30制备的薄膜光学性能有很大提高,雾度降低约20.6%,清晰度提高约9.6%。
