在黄冈大桥全桥合龙后,为加快南跨引桥预制 T 梁的施工进度,采取通过北侧梁板运输车过桥运梁支援南侧的 T 梁施工,以提高施工进度。通过有限元结构分析软件建立实体模型,对梁板运输车过桥不同的工况下关键截面的应力和变形进行分析,结果表明在最不利荷载作用下的关键截面产生的应力和变形满足结构的允许值,符合设计要求,验证了该方案的可行性。
在黃岡大橋全橋閤龍後,為加快南跨引橋預製 T 樑的施工進度,採取通過北側樑闆運輸車過橋運樑支援南側的 T 樑施工,以提高施工進度。通過有限元結構分析軟件建立實體模型,對樑闆運輸車過橋不同的工況下關鍵截麵的應力和變形進行分析,結果錶明在最不利荷載作用下的關鍵截麵產生的應力和變形滿足結構的允許值,符閤設計要求,驗證瞭該方案的可行性。

After the closure of Huanggang Yangtze Bridge,in order to speed up the construction pro-gress of precast T-beam in the southern cross bridge,the measures of transporting precast T-beam from the north side with plate transport vehicle crossing bridge girder to support the south side T-beam construction are performed.Through the finite element analysis software,the physical model is established,and the stress and deformation of key section under different conditions on moving trans-porting beam vehicle passing the bridge is analyzed.Results show that the stress and deformation of critical section under the most unfavorable load meet the allowable value and the demand of design re-quirements,so the scheme is proved feasible.
