公安部2013年下发的关于驾驶人考试最新的考核标准办法（123号令）将原先的科目二考试九项变更为考核五项，使得考试内容更加注重模拟现实中开车、停车情况。利用高精度、实时差分GPS的定位特点，可精确地计算出车辆的轮廓位置点，结合场地各项目的特征点与各项目的评判规则，可实现精确评判，并设计了全自动评判的驾驶人科目二考试系统。

The newest test standards and methods for drivers (123rd command) issued by the ministry of public security in 2013, which converts 9 test subjects into 5 test subjects, made the test contents pay more attention to simulate driving and parking situation in reality.
