使用 SPSS 18.0,对用数显卡尺采集的158只仓鼠科中成年布氏田鼠(Lasiopodomys brandtii)、棕色田鼠(Lasiopodomys mandarinus)、东方田鼠(Microtus fortis Buechner)、黑线毛足鼠(Phodopus campbelli Thomas)的体重、体长和头骨等17项形态学指标进行了差异显著性分析,基于分析结果,指出4种鼠的17项形态学指标均存在显著性差异,对编号1~138的鼠进行了判别分析并建立了判别函数,对编号139~158的20只鼠进行了判别归类,其判别结果与传统分类的结果完全一致,对158只鼠进行了聚类分析,其分析结果与判别分析结果一致。

By using SPSS 18.0, this paper makes a significant difference analysis on 17 morphological indicators of 158 adult Lasiopodomys brandtii, Lasiopodomys mandarinus, Microtus fortis Buechner and Phodopus campbelli Thomas such as body weight, body length and skull, etc. collected with digital caliper, and based on the analysis results, points out that there were significant differences in the 17 morphological indicators of the four rodents, makes the discriminant analysis and establishes the discriminant function for 138 mice (Ni.1 to No.138), and makes the discriminant classification for 20 mice (No.139 to No.158),the discriminant results of which are in complete accord with the results of traditional classification, and makes the cluster analysis on 158 mice, the analysis results of which are in complete accord with the results of discriminant analysis.
