ABSTRACT:Based on introducing the concept,classification and characteristics of the scientific research projects,this paper expounds the definition of the scientific research project and the necessity of carrying out the risk management of scientific research project,and identifies the risks existing in the whole process of the scientific research project,builds the risk evaluation model,and puts forward some measures for controlling the risks in scientific research projects according to the evaluation results.
