目的：探讨唇腭裂患者牙槽突裂矫正治疗的临床效果。方法选取2008年4月～2011年8月长沙市武警医院收治的唇腭裂合并牙槽突裂患者34例作为研究对象，共有牙槽裂隙42侧。采取正畸联合牙槽突植骨术进行治疗，比较分析患者临床矫正治疗前后牙槽高度Bergland标准的评价情况。结果植骨成功率88.09%（37/42）。与治疗前相比，治疗后患者Bergland标准评价的牙槽高度Ⅰ型和Ⅱ型比率显著提高，分别为19.05%和69.05%，Ⅲ型和Ⅳ型比率显著降低，为7.14%和4.76%，差异均具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。讨论采用正畸联合牙槽突植骨术治疗唇腭裂合并牙槽突裂患者，能够有效提高治疗效果，为进一步减轻患者的心理压力奠定基础。

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of orthodontia in treatment of patients with Cheilopalatognathus and Alveolar cleft. Methods 34 cases with Cheilopalatognathus and Alveolar cleft(42 alveolar fracture side) from April 2008 to August 2011 in Changsha Armed Police Hospital were selected. The patients were treated with orthodontic and alveolar bone grafting. The evaluation of Bergland standard before and after clinical orthodontic in the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The ratio of graft success was 88.09%(37/42). After treatment, the ratio of Bergland standard evaluation of alveolar height typeⅠ(19.05%) and typeⅡ(69.05%) were higher signiifcantly than that before treatmen. After treatment, the ratio of typeⅢ(7.14%)and typeⅣ(4.76%)were decreased signiifcantly which were lower than that before treatment.The difference was statistically signiifcant (P<0.05). Conclusion It has good clinical effect that orthodontics combined with alveolar bone grafting surgery was used in treatment in treatment of patients with Cheilopalatognathus and Alveolar cleft. It lays the foundation for further alleviate the psychological pressure of the patient.
