目的：研究观察树脂粘接式Nance弓在直丝弓矫治技术中的临床应用。方法选取安氏二类上颌前突和一类双颌前突或牙列拥挤需要中度支抗的病例30例。所有患者均拔除上颌第一双尖牙，并采用直丝弓矫治技术。结果树脂粘接式Nance弓在控制磨牙支抗上能达到临床预期的矫治目标。结论树脂粘接式Nance弓临床操作简单，效果肯定，适合在直丝弓矫治中推广使用。
