目的:对静脉输液流程优化在舒心病房中的应用效果进行分析。方法建立流程管理组,并采取优化措施,对护理人员进行培训,监督反馈优化后流程执行情况。结果在药液核对分配时间、肝素封管时间以及换液时间方面,优化前后有明显差异(P<0.05)。流程优化以后,病房整体满意度为93.75%(75/80)、输液满意度为96.25%(77/80)。结论在对舒心病房输液流程进行优化以后,加强输液环节质量,使患者满意度得以提高,缩短患者等待时间。

목적:대정맥수액류정우화재서심병방중적응용효과진행분석。방법건립류정관리조,병채취우화조시,대호리인원진행배훈,감독반궤우화후류정집행정황。결과재약액핵대분배시간、간소봉관시간이급환액시간방면,우화전후유명현차이(P<0.05)。류정우화이후,병방정체만의도위93.75%(75/80)、수액만의도위96.25%(77/80)。결론재대서심병방수액류정진행우화이후,가강수액배절질량,사환자만의도득이제고,축단환자등대시간。
Objective To intravenous infusion process optimization in pleasant ward application ef ect analysis. Methods Process Management Group, and take measures to optimize training for nursing staf , supervise the implementation of the feedback process optimization. Results In the liquid to check the al ocation of time, heparin lock was changed time and time aspects, there are significant dif erences ( <0.05) before and after optimization. After process optimization, ward overal satisfaction was 93.75% (75/80), infusion satisfaction was 96.25% (77/80). Conclusion After infusion of pleasant ward process optimization to enhance the quality of the infusion part, improved patient satisfaction, shorten patient waiting time.
