临床资料我院2009年1月~2013年1月283例小儿应用静脉留置针分析,留置针留置0.5~7 d,其中穿刺失败率达8%。在留置过程中易反折及堵塞；肿胀；发生静脉炎,护理人员应按有关规定的要求来操作留置针,并固定好,正确的封管及护理可延长留置针的留置时间。采取措施提高穿刺的合格率,加强护理巡视,有效减少并发症的发生,提高静脉留置针使用成功率。
臨床資料我院2009年1月~2013年1月283例小兒應用靜脈留置針分析,留置針留置0.5~7 d,其中穿刺失敗率達8%。在留置過程中易反摺及堵塞；腫脹；髮生靜脈炎,護理人員應按有關規定的要求來操作留置針,併固定好,正確的封管及護理可延長留置針的留置時間。採取措施提高穿刺的閤格率,加彊護理巡視,有效減少併髮癥的髮生,提高靜脈留置針使用成功率。
림상자료아원2009년1월~2013년1월283례소인응용정맥류치침분석,류치침류치0.5~7 d,기중천자실패솔체8%。재류치과정중역반절급도새；종창；발생정맥염,호리인원응안유관규정적요구래조작류치침,병고정호,정학적봉관급호리가연장류치침적류치시간。채취조시제고천자적합격솔,가강호리순시,유효감소병발증적발생,제고정맥류치침사용성공솔。
The clinical data in our hospital from 2009 January to 2013 January 283 cases of venous indwel ing needle, needle longest indwel ing for 7 days, the shortest 0.5 days, the puncture failure rate of 8%. In the remaining process easy reflexed and jam;swel ing;phlebitis, nursing staf should be in accordance with the relevant provisions of the requirements to operate the indwel ing needle, and fixed, proper tube sealing and nursing can prolong the indwel ing time. To take measures to improve the qualified rate of puncture, strengthen nursing inspection, ef ectively reduce the incidence of complications, improve the success rate of venous indwel ing needle.
