To analyse the data exchange platform in the role of regional informatization, regional data exchange platform design is put forward.Through the analysis of the present various kinds of regional health service system, describe the demand for data exchange platform. The design of data exchange based on frontend exchange system solutions, and customizable front center exchange system exchange system, combining with the cur ent advanced technology such as SOA, ESB, can be realized with the business system of the medical institutions of loose coupling.
