目的：探讨老年膝骨性关节炎关节镜下手术及中西医结合康复治疗的临床疗效，为临床治疗方案的制定提供参考。方法选取我院骨科收治的老年膝骨性关节炎患者81例(88膝)，所有患者均接受关节镜下关节清扫术治疗，术后给予西医康复训练和中医汤剂口服。所有患者术后均获得1年以上的随访，观察患者术后3个月和术后1年的临床治疗效果。结果术后3个月临床疗效为优的有31例，良的有43例，优良率为84.09%；术后1年临床疗效为优的有27例，良的有38例，优良率为73.86%。结论关节镜下手术及中西医结合康复治疗可有效改善老年膝骨性关节炎患者的病情，恢复膝关节的正常功能，值得进一步推广应用。
목적：탐토노년슬골성관절염관절경하수술급중서의결합강복치료적림상료효，위림상치료방안적제정제공삼고。방법선취아원골과수치적노년슬골성관절염환자81례(88슬)，소유환자균접수관절경하관절청소술치료，술후급여서의강복훈련화중의탕제구복。소유환자술후균획득1년이상적수방，관찰환자술후3개월화술후1년적림상치료효과。결과술후3개월림상료효위우적유31례，량적유43례，우량솔위84.09%；술후1년림상료효위우적유27례，량적유38례，우량솔위73.86%。결론관절경하수술급중서의결합강복치료가유효개선노년슬골성관절염환자적병정，회복슬관절적정상공능，치득진일보추엄응용。
Objective To investigate the clinical ef ect of rehabilitation treatment combined with operation of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in elderly patients with osteoarthritis of knee arthroscopy, in order to provide the reference for clinical treatment.Methods 81 elderly patients with osteoarthritis of knee were treated in our hospital department of orthopedics patients (88 knees), al patients were treated with arthroscopic dissection treatment, postoperative given western medicine rehabilitation training and traditional Chinese medicine decoction.1 years of fol ow-up after operation in al patients, clinical ef ect of 1 years and 3 months after operation and the patients were observed after operation.Results The clinical curative ef ect of 3 month after operation is excel ent in 31 cases, good in 43 cases, the excel ent and good rate was 84.09%;after 1 years the clinical curative ef ect is excel ent in 27 cases, good in 38 cases, the excel ent and good rate was 73.86%.Conclusion Can ef ectively improve the elderly knee osteoarthritis patients rehabilitation therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine arthroscopic operation, restore the normal function of the knee joint, and is worthy of further popularization and application.
