针对本公司大规格棒材连轧线全引进工艺提升设备———减定径机组PSG轧机平衡压力不稳定问题,本文从机械结构、电液联锁、液压控制原理等方面进行技术分析,确定故障模型和试验方案,通过测试手段找到制约平衡压力的关键因素和解决方法,完善装配技术规范,有效解决了轧机平衡压力不稳定的问题。

To analyze and solve the unstability of balance pressure in PSG rolling mill, which was introduced from VAI POMINI to upgrade the exited processing and enhance quality of the large-size continuous rolling line in SG, the article discussed the mechanical structure, interchange of electronics and hydraulics, hydraulic control of the PSG rolling mill, built the malfunction model and worked out the testing method, then found the key factors and solution to the off balance pressure in the chocks of PSG rolling mills, accordingly to improve the assembly standard for the PSG. Finally the authors solved the unstability of balance pressure successfully.
