The paper, based on the incomplete information dynamic game theory, analyzes the pricing game process by contractor and the subcontractor's software outsourcing project, and derived simple model which both sides can achieve the maximum profit in the software outsourcing project negotiation process, and finally makes recommendations on the pricing strategy of software outsourcing project.
