学校教育是一个有序的开放的合作系统,教师与学生是学校教育系统中最为活跃的两大因素。需要是教师与学生合作的基点,信任是教师与学生合作的前提,平衡是教师与学生合作的关键,共赢是教师与学生合作的目标。师生通过以需要为基点、以信任为前提、以平衡为关键的协商性共生合作,实现师生自我成长的共赢目标。建构学校教育师生协商性共生合作平衡机制模型,有利于构建和谐师生关系,促进师生共同成长。

학교교육시일개유서적개방적합작계통,교사여학생시학교교육계통중최위활약적량대인소。수요시교사여학생합작적기점,신임시교사여학생합작적전제,평형시교사여학생합작적관건,공영시교사여학생합작적목표。사생통과이수요위기점、이신임위전제、이평형위관건적협상성공생합작,실현사생자아성장적공영목표。건구학교교육사생협상성공생합작평형궤제모형,유리우구건화해사생관계,촉진사생공동성장。
School education is an orderly and open cooperative system with teachers and students being the two most active factors in the system.The demand is the fundamental point of the cooperation between teachers and students, trust is the premise of the cooperation, and balance is the key point of the cooperation, while win -win is the object of the cooperation.Both teachers and students should take demand as the fundamental point, trust as the premise, and balance as the key point to conduct negotiable coexistence cooperation and realize the win -win ob-ject that both teachers and students are in development.The establishment of negotiable coexistent and cooperative balance mechanism model between teachers and students in school education system is beneficial for building har-monious relationship between teachers and students and prompting the co -development between teachers and students.
