棉织物经壳聚糖处理后,再用栀子黄进行染色,测试并分析了染料用量、pH值、染色温度、染色时间对壳聚糖改性棉织物染色性能的影响,并设计正交实验来确定最佳染色工艺;且对染色后壳聚糖改性棉织物进行性能测试。结果表明,壳聚糖改性后棉织物的栀子黄染色性能较好;壳聚糖改性棉织物的最佳染色工艺为:栀子黄用量为9%、染色温度30℃、染色时间50 min、pH值为5;染色后壳聚糖改性棉织物防紫外线性能增强,耐摩擦色牢度及耐洗色牢度较好。
棉織物經殼聚糖處理後,再用梔子黃進行染色,測試併分析瞭染料用量、pH值、染色溫度、染色時間對殼聚糖改性棉織物染色性能的影響,併設計正交實驗來確定最佳染色工藝;且對染色後殼聚糖改性棉織物進行性能測試。結果錶明,殼聚糖改性後棉織物的梔子黃染色性能較好;殼聚糖改性棉織物的最佳染色工藝為:梔子黃用量為9%、染色溫度30℃、染色時間50 min、pH值為5;染色後殼聚糖改性棉織物防紫外線性能增彊,耐摩抆色牢度及耐洗色牢度較好。
면직물경각취당처리후,재용치자황진행염색,측시병분석료염료용량、pH치、염색온도、염색시간대각취당개성면직물염색성능적영향,병설계정교실험래학정최가염색공예;차대염색후각취당개성면직물진행성능측시。결과표명,각취당개성후면직물적치자황염색성능교호;각취당개성면직물적최가염색공예위:치자황용량위9%、염색온도30℃、염색시간50 min、pH치위5;염색후각취당개성면직물방자외선성능증강,내마찰색뇌도급내세색뇌도교호。
The cotton fabric modified by chitosan was dyed by gardenia yellow, and the effects of dosage of dyes, pH value, dyeing temperature and dyeing time on the dyeing properties of cotton fabric modified by chitosan were tested and analyzed, and the optimal dyeing process was verified by orthogonal experiment. The properties of cotton fabric modified by chitosan after dyeing were tested. The results show that the dyeing property of cotton fab-ric modified by chitosan is better; the optimal dyeing process of cotton fabric modified by chitosan is that the dosage of gardenia yellow is 9%, dyeing temperature is 30 ℃, dyeing time is 50 minutes, and pH value is 5;UV-resistance property of cotton fabric modified by chitosan after dyeing is stronger, and fastness to rubbing and washing are good.
