为研究燃煤发电厂汞的排放,通过采集不同容量机组的静电除尘器底灰及烟气中飞灰,分析了各个电场下部底灰中的汞含量。结果表明:相比其他因素,煤中携带的汞含量对底灰中汞分布影响最大,煤在完成燃烧后将大部分汞转移到了电除尘底灰中;在电除尘的各级电场中,飞灰汞浓度呈现逐级上升后再下降的趋势。不同电场汞浓度差异的原因与烟气颗粒物的大小及电除尘内部烟气流速有关。

In order to research mercury emission of coal-fired power plants, the paper analyzes mercury con-tent in bottom ash below electric fields by collecting bottom ash of electrostatic precipitators of units with dif-ferent capacities and fly ash in flue gas. The result shows that the mercury content in the coal influences mer-cury distribution in bottom ash most; most of the mercury in the burnt coal is transferred to bottom ash of electrostatic precipitator; in each electric field level of electrostatic precipitator, the mercury content in the fly ash tends to increase level by level and then decreases. The mercury content differences in different elec-tric fields are related to particles in flue gas and flow rate of flue gas in electrostatic precipitators.
