为研究SCR催化剂的脱汞特性,在燃煤烟气Hg反应形态转化机理实验台上,对2种常用的SCR催化剂(CATYQ和CATJX)的Hg0催化氧化性能进行了对比研究。实验结果表明, CATYQ表面孔的尺寸要小于CATJX,具备更多的细小孔隙结构,对Hg0的氧化能力优于CATJX。2种催化剂元素构成差异是导致最终催化Hg0性能差别的主要原因。 CATYQ催化效果较好还与MoO3有关,具体机理还有待进一步验证。

For study of demercuration performance of SCR catalysts, two commonly used commercial SCR catalysts (CATYQ and CATJX) are tested on the coal-fired flue gas mercury reaction and form transformation mechanism test bed for comparative study of different Hg0 catalytic oxidation performances. The experimental result demonstrates that surface porous holes of CATYQ are dimensionally smaller than those of CATJX, and CATYQ owns more porous structures and has better Hg0 oxidation performance than CATJX does. The element composition differences of two catalysts are the main reason for the different Hg0 catalytic oxidation perfor-mances. The favorable performance of CATYQ is related to MoO3; however, the specific mechanism needs fur-ther confirmation.
