在分析比较各型除雾器布置方式优缺点的基础上,通过将湿法脱硫系统两级水平型除雾器改造升级为一级管式+二级屋脊型除雾器,降低吸收塔出口烟气液滴携带量,从而改善GGH堵塞和设备腐蚀问题。吸收塔出口烟气液滴含量由改造前的55.9 mg/m3降低到改造后的38.2 mg/m3,取得了良好的改造效果和社会效益。

By analysis and comparison on advantages and disadvantages of arrangement modes of various types of demisters, two horizontal demisters of the wet flue gas desulphurization system are reconstructed as one tube-type demister plus ridge-type demister to reduce liquid droplet in flue gas from absorption tower out-let, by which GGH blockage and equipment corrosion are ameliorated. The liquid droplet in the flue gas from absorption tower outlet is reduced from 55.9 mg/m3 to 38.2 mg/m3 after reconstruction, which achieves favor-able results and social benefit.
