智能变电站的继电保护二次回路由直观的二次接线转变为不直观的抽象网络数据流,扩建过程中必须考虑到新间隔对运行间隔的影响,布置合理恰当的安全措施。在分析智能变电站检修机制的基础上,探讨了智能变电站扩建110 kV母差保护的不停电接入的相关安全措施,并通过220 kV文津变110 kV学林Ⅰ与Ⅱ间隔扩建工程验证了策略的正确性和安全措施的可靠性。
智能變電站的繼電保護二次迴路由直觀的二次接線轉變為不直觀的抽象網絡數據流,擴建過程中必鬚攷慮到新間隔對運行間隔的影響,佈置閤理恰噹的安全措施。在分析智能變電站檢脩機製的基礎上,探討瞭智能變電站擴建110 kV母差保護的不停電接入的相關安全措施,併通過220 kV文津變110 kV學林Ⅰ與Ⅱ間隔擴建工程驗證瞭策略的正確性和安全措施的可靠性。

The intuitive secondary circuits of relay protection in smart substation have been changed into ab-stract network data streams. Reasonable and appropriate safety measures must be taken during the extension with the consideration of the influence of new intervals on operation intervals. Based on analysis of mainte-nance mechanism for smart substation, the paper elaborates on relevant safety measures for 110 kV bus dif-ferential protection connection without power cut in smart substation extension;besides, it verifies correctness of extension strategy and reliability of safety measures by the extension project of interval I and II of 110 kV Xuelin line of 220 kV Wenjin substation.
