介绍了国内外图书馆绩效考核制度。根据解放军医学图书馆数据库研发部存在的问题制定了部门年度工作目标和关键绩效指标,设计了部门绩效考核指标体系。试行结果表明,部门绩效考核制度的执行有利于调动员工的工作积极性,有利于促进部门产品生产和改进,有利于保证部门工作目标的顺利实现。
介紹瞭國內外圖書館績效攷覈製度。根據解放軍醫學圖書館數據庫研髮部存在的問題製定瞭部門年度工作目標和關鍵績效指標,設計瞭部門績效攷覈指標體繫。試行結果錶明,部門績效攷覈製度的執行有利于調動員工的工作積極性,有利于促進部門產品生產和改進,有利于保證部門工作目標的順利實現。
개소료국내외도서관적효고핵제도。근거해방군의학도서관수거고연발부존재적문제제정료부문년도공작목표화관건적효지표,설계료부문적효고핵지표체계。시행결과표명,부문적효고핵제도적집행유리우조동원공적공작적겁성,유리우촉진부문산품생산화개진,유리우보증부문공작목표적순리실현。
After a description of the performance assessment systems in domestic and foreign libraries, the personal performance assessment system was designed according to the annual target and key performance indicators worked out for the Database R&D Section in Medical Library of Chinese PLA and its problems existed at present.Imple-mentation of the system showed that it could arouse the enthusiasm of staff, increase the number of products, im-prove the quality of products , and guarantee the realization of annual target in our section .
