贯彻以患者为中心的服务理念，减少患者等待时间，提高患者满意度。根据北京市医院管理局医改试点的要求，医院成立住院服务中心利用院内HIS系统平台，实现床位资源进行动态调配，对当日住院患者进行入院管理的功能。掌握全院各科床位真实情况，将住院后完成的部分检查、检验项目在住院当日完成，缩短术前等候时间。在一定程度上达到床位资源调配，协助缩短平均住院日及相关指标的完成。达到住院通知有人管，患者住院有人带，闲置床位有人调，提高床位使用效率。

To carry out patient centered service concept,to reduce patients waiting time,and to improve patient satisfaction. According to the requirements of the Beijing hospital authority reform pilot,we set up service center in hospital.We realize the beds resources dynamically allocate,manage the hospitalized patients by use of hospital HIS system platform.Bed real situation about all departments in hospital is mastered.Some examinations after hospitalization can completed in the day,shorten the preoperative waiting time.Beds resource allocation to a certain extent is reached.Shorten the average and the related indicators,finally increasing the service efficiency of beds.
