为解决锅炉给水系统流动加速腐蚀的问题,对1000 MW机组锅炉采用了精确控制加氧技术,使给水中铁的含量基本控制在1μg/L以下,省煤器结垢速率为111.9 g/(m2·a),远远小于未加氧机组省煤器结垢速率,有效防止了水冷壁节流孔圈的堵塞,保证了机组的安全经济运行。
為解決鍋爐給水繫統流動加速腐蝕的問題,對1000 MW機組鍋爐採用瞭精確控製加氧技術,使給水中鐵的含量基本控製在1μg/L以下,省煤器結垢速率為111.9 g/(m2·a),遠遠小于未加氧機組省煤器結垢速率,有效防止瞭水冷壁節流孔圈的堵塞,保證瞭機組的安全經濟運行。

For handling flow accelerated corrosion of boiler feedwater system, accurate control of oxygenated feedwater is applied in boilers of 1 000 MW units to keep iron content in the feedwater below 1 μg/L. The scaling rate of economizer is 111.9 g/(m2·a), which is far lower than that of economizer without oxygenation. Therefore, blockage in throttle orifice of water wall is prevented and safe and economical operation of units is guaranteed.
