在干旱的风沙地区要快速发展优良无病毒酿酒葡萄，需要大量的优质葡萄种苗。对少量引进和采集的稀缺、珍贵酿酒葡萄良种或砧木品种休眠种条和种苗，可通过试管繁殖技术实现短期内培育大量优质苗木的目的。但在干旱的风沙地区，因难以获得无菌外植体而无法进行试管繁殖。针对这一问题，通过试验对比3种培育休眠种条和种苗产生嫩梢的方法，即盆栽法、水培法、大棚营养钵法，结果表明以水培法最好。
