为探讨核桃青皮植物源营养液的优选配方,于2012年11月~2013年1月,选择草莓为试材,叶面喷施核桃青皮(Juglans regia)不同处理工艺(匀浆过滤、乙醇浸提、石油醚浸提)的2 mg/ml 粗提物及石油醚提取物的复配营养液:匀浆过滤液(处理1);2 mg/ml 乙醇提取物(处理2);2 mg/ml 石油醚粗提物(处理3);2 mg/ml 石油醚粗提物+0.2%尿素(处理4);2 mg/ml 石油醚粗提物+0.2%尿素+0.2%硫酸锌(处理5);2 mg/ml 石油醚粗提物+0.2%尿素+0.2%硫酸锌+0.2%磷酸二氢钾(处理6)进行处理56 d,清水为对照,测定分析不同处理草莓果实可溶性糖含量、酸度、总蛋白含量、Vc 含量、Zn 含量等品质指标,采用平均权重法优选最优配方。结果表明:与对照组相比,不同处理草莓果实的可溶性糖含量和可滴定酸含量都增加,糖酸比均下降;除处理2、3和5外,其他复配营养液处理的草莓果实 Vc 含量均略有降低,最低为7.70μg/g;不同处理的复配营养液对草莓的总蛋白质含量无影响;不同复配营养液均有助于提高草莓果实含锌量,处理6含量最高,比对照增加7.72μg/g。综合衡量,草莓果实品质最佳果实品质分数为1.07,最低为0.70。所以,配方6为新型营养液的优选配方。生产制备兼具杀螨和提升果树品质的植物源复配营养液具有可行性。
為探討覈桃青皮植物源營養液的優選配方,于2012年11月~2013年1月,選擇草莓為試材,葉麵噴施覈桃青皮(Juglans regia)不同處理工藝(勻漿過濾、乙醇浸提、石油醚浸提)的2 mg/ml 粗提物及石油醚提取物的複配營養液:勻漿過濾液(處理1);2 mg/ml 乙醇提取物(處理2);2 mg/ml 石油醚粗提物(處理3);2 mg/ml 石油醚粗提物+0.2%尿素(處理4);2 mg/ml 石油醚粗提物+0.2%尿素+0.2%硫痠鋅(處理5);2 mg/ml 石油醚粗提物+0.2%尿素+0.2%硫痠鋅+0.2%燐痠二氫鉀(處理6)進行處理56 d,清水為對照,測定分析不同處理草莓果實可溶性糖含量、痠度、總蛋白含量、Vc 含量、Zn 含量等品質指標,採用平均權重法優選最優配方。結果錶明:與對照組相比,不同處理草莓果實的可溶性糖含量和可滴定痠含量都增加,糖痠比均下降;除處理2、3和5外,其他複配營養液處理的草莓果實 Vc 含量均略有降低,最低為7.70μg/g;不同處理的複配營養液對草莓的總蛋白質含量無影響;不同複配營養液均有助于提高草莓果實含鋅量,處理6含量最高,比對照增加7.72μg/g。綜閤衡量,草莓果實品質最佳果實品質分數為1.07,最低為0.70。所以,配方6為新型營養液的優選配方。生產製備兼具殺螨和提升果樹品質的植物源複配營養液具有可行性。
위탐토핵도청피식물원영양액적우선배방,우2012년11월~2013년1월,선택초매위시재,협면분시핵도청피(Juglans regia)불동처리공예(균장과려、을순침제、석유미침제)적2 mg/ml 조제물급석유미제취물적복배영양액:균장과려액(처리1);2 mg/ml 을순제취물(처리2);2 mg/ml 석유미조제물(처리3);2 mg/ml 석유미조제물+0.2%뇨소(처리4);2 mg/ml 석유미조제물+0.2%뇨소+0.2%류산자(처리5);2 mg/ml 석유미조제물+0.2%뇨소+0.2%류산자+0.2%린산이경갑(처리6)진행처리56 d,청수위대조,측정분석불동처리초매과실가용성당함량、산도、총단백함량、Vc 함량、Zn 함량등품질지표,채용평균권중법우선최우배방。결과표명:여대조조상비,불동처리초매과실적가용성당함량화가적정산함량도증가,당산비균하강;제처리2、3화5외,기타복배영양액처리적초매과실 Vc 함량균략유강저,최저위7.70μg/g;불동처리적복배영양액대초매적총단백질함량무영향;불동복배영양액균유조우제고초매과실함자량,처리6함량최고,비대조증가7.72μg/g。종합형량,초매과실품질최가과실품질분수위1.07,최저위0.70。소이,배방6위신형영양액적우선배방。생산제비겸구살만화제승과수품질적식물원복배영양액구유가행성。
Objective]In order to explore effects of the Juglans regia combination nutrient solution on fruit quality,the strawberry (Dianxue) was selected as materials for treatments. [Method]In this study , the soluble sugar content ,TA content,Vc content, all protein content and Zn content of strawberry were studied. [Result]The results showed that: the soluble sugar content and TA content of different treatments increased than CK . But the acid-sugar ratio of all treatments decreased .Except treatment 2, treatment 3 and treatment 5 , others displayed preventive effects on the Vc content.And the lowest content was 7.70μg/g .The Juglans regia combination nutrient solution has no effect on all protein content. In addition ,different treatments help to improve Zn content. Compare to treatment 7, Zn content of treatment 6 increased by 7.72μg/g,which reached to the max. The difference was significant in fruit quality . We valued the fruit quality based on averaging weight method,It showed the fruit quality of treatment 6 was the best ,that of treatment was the poorest(with 1.07, 0.70 respectively) .[Conclusion]The results indicated that the comprehensive functions of the treatments 6 was prior to the other treatments.It is possible to produce a kind of nutrient solution with acaricidal activity and nutrient effect.
