为满足施工组织要求,通过对异型沉箱的浮游稳定计算、隔墙配筋计算及模型试验,确定沉箱拖运压舱物。使用手扳葫芦控位和钢架微调的组合替代起重船安装异型沉箱的工艺优化,提高了异型沉箱的安装效率,大幅度降低了施工成本。

In order to meet the construction requirements, we determined the hauling ballast of specially profiled caisson through the caisson floating stability calculation, wall reinforcement calculation and model test. We used a combination of man-ual hoist and fine steel to alternative the crane ship installation process of specially profiled caisson, which can improve the ins-tallation efficiency and reduce the construction cost.
